The idea

You are not
the audience.

Most career events put young people in the back row and industry on the stage. This one inverts it. One hundred young people aged 18–30 run the day — introducing every session, moderating every panel, asking every question, live from the floor of the London Stock Exchange.

The thread running through all of it is careers and AI: what the work was, what it is now, and what it becomes next. Five panels, a live pitch showcase, a build-something-real session, and an hour of speed mentoring with people who actually hire.

It is free. Food is covered, and we help with travel where it is needed. You leave with the film of yourself doing it — which is the part that changes what happens next.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.
ThenNowNext

The day runs in three chapters. Where careers came from, what industry looks like right now, and what the next ten years asks of you.

Five rooms
in one room

Four industry territories, each a full panel with a young host in the chair — then AI closes the day.

TEC

Tech

The industry that changes fastest, questioned by the generation that will inherit it.

LAW·FIN·ENG

Legal, Finance & Engineering

The professions people assume are closed. Held, for one day, in the building that runs them.

FSH·RTL·HOS

Fashion, Retail & Hospitality

Where most young people get their first job, and almost nobody is told where it can lead.

MED·SPT

Media & Sport

The industries everyone wants in and nobody explains the route into.

AI

The AI Career Panel

Closing the day. Not whether AI takes the job — what the job becomes, and who gets to do it.

Who is in the room

You are the
headline act.

One hundred young people aged 18–30 do not sit in the audience — they run the day. Around them: leaders from five industries, mentors who actually hire, and the people who open doors — all on the floor of the London Stock Exchange, streamed live worldwide.
